How It Works
Wisconsin Medmark designs, develops and delivers training for leaders and managers in Coaching, Leadership and Mentoring. We perform ‘coach-the-coach’ sessions and will provide overview of coaches’ progress, impact and expertise as they blend coaching into their professional portfolio of skills.
Our Basic 8-hour Coaching Approach
- Opening call with management (HR or Manager)
- Baseline quantitative tool (like a 360-degree assessment) administered
- Manager discussion and commitment to support coaching effort
- Coachee objectives and alignment to quantitative tool results
- Coaching engagement agreed upon by Management/HR – Coach – Coachee
- Verify coaching is confidential
- Coaching begins
- Regular feedback to HR/ management
